My journey in the beauty industry hasn’t been a straight line.
I’ve been in this business for over 20 years, and I’ve lived through the highs… and the very real lows.
I lost my business.
I lost money.
I lost friends.
I trusted the wrong people.
And the stress of trying to hold everything together took a toll on my marriage.
There were days I questioned everything.
But deep down, I knew there had to be a better way.
Somewhere in the middle of all the chaos, I realized something important: being good at my skill didn’t automatically mean I understood how to run a successful business.
That truth hurt — but it also changed everything.
What turned things around for me wasn’t “luck.”
It was mindset — choosing to see failure not as a reason to quit, but as a sign to find a better way, better systems, and a better version of myself.
I’m proud that I didn’t give up.
Through every loss, every setback, every moment of doubt… I kept going.
